THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a fantastic chance to join our casual pool as an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including functions, where your skills in delivering exceptional service and handling multiple tasks will be highly valued. THE POSITION:

• Work confidently in fast-paced environments, including functions and events
• Carry up to 3 plates and deliver food and beverages efficiently
• Shifts across Monday - Saturday mainly evening Functions
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with basic food prep and general team support
• Ensure smooth service during busy periods

Additional Duties:

• Customer service for daily operations and events
• RSA required – serve/sell alcohol
• Waiting, clearing, and cleaning duties
• Cash handling & POS operation
• Coffee making (advantage)
• Food preparation and presentation
• Stock replenishment

THE PERSON:

• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience, with functions experience highly desirable
• Must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Must hold a valid RSA and National Police Check (NPC)
• Available weekdays, with some weekends as required
• Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong work ethic, flexible attitude, and ability to multitask under pressure
