The Role:

• Deliver a cheerful, friendly, and welcoming experience
• Enthusiastically serve food and beverages with a smile, ensuring prompt and attentive service
• Keep public areas sparkling clean and inviting
• Skilfully prepare and serve alcoholic drinks responsibly, prioritising safety and quality
• Set up and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a tidy and inviting dining

• RSA Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests
• Professional appearance and demeanour, always presenting a positive image
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks smoothly during events
• Friendly, approachable attitude, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
• Ability to remain calm and adaptable in dynamic or high-pressure situations
