The Role

• Assist in coordinating front of house team’s daily operational demands
• Deliver high quality and exceptional customer service 
• Establish, uphold, and oversee quality customer service practices.

The Person:

• Have an absolute “can do” attitude. 
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend, and public holidays.
• Barista experience desirable
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Must have RSA
• Have or be willing to obtain a National Police Check
