We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant for our corporate functions and events center based in Kirribilli, Sydney! We pride ourselves of being at the forefront of premium catering, functions and events. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion and flare for fine dining experiences, we want to hear from you! 

THE POSITION:

• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, follow routine instructions, and complete simple administrative tasks as required
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service, respond to requests promptly, and manage or escalate complaints appropriately
• Provide food and beverage service, including table service, drink preparation, and basic food handling in line with safety standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented dining and service areas
• Work effectively as part of a team while upholding personal presentation and workplace standards
• Work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

THE PERSON:

• Experience in high-end food and beverage or hospitality service
• Strong communication with clients, delegates, and colleagues
• Ability to deliver professional customer service and manage complaints appropriately
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Skilled in table service and beverage preparation
• Professional presentation and teamwork
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Successful candidate will be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and outside normal hours.
