THE POSITION

• Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for daily service, as well as a variety of functions
• Cost control and financial reporting
• Maintain effective customer and client relationships
• Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training team members
• Maintain focus on Food and People safety

THE PERSON

• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Substantial experience in a similar role
•  Strong experience with high volume food production and functions catering for small and large numbers
•  Excellent written & verbal professional communication skills
•  Strong computer literacy
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Experience with managing finances and operating to a budget
