We are excited to be recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead premium hospitality services across a high-end client boardroom and café environment. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role based in Brisbane CBD, ideal for someone who takes pride in polished service, team leadership and delivering a consistently exceptional client experience.

THE POSITION:
- Lead the day-to-day food and beverage service across a premium client boardroom and café
- Provide direction, coaching and hands-on support to the onsite F&B team
- Deliver polished, professional service for senior clients, guests and stakeholders
- Oversee boardroom set-up, service standards, presentation and guest experience
- Support café operations including coffee service, customer engagement, stock control and daily service flow
- Manage orders, deliveries, stock rotation, cleaning standards and food safety requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers and internal teams
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional approach
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader or senior hospitality professional
- Experience in high-end restaurants, five-star hotels, premium corporate hospitality or luxury service environments will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of premium service standards, presentation and guest experience
- Confident leading a small team while remaining hands-on during service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, guests and team members
- Strong coffee service skills and café operations experience highly regarded
- Understanding of food safety, HACCP and safe work practices
- Great energy, flexible approach, strong attention to detail and immaculate presentation
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- RSA qualified
