The Position:

• Lead the day to day operations of our food and beverage outlets
• Provide support to internal and external guests
• Implement innovative strategies to boost revenue and enhance profitability
• Resolve issues promptly and exceed guest expectations
• Report on Outlet performance and foster a learning and continuous improvement culture
• Contribute to a fun and collaborative team environment in the heart of the snowfields

• Proven experience in hospitality management, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
