THE POSITION

• A strong focus on providing and delivering an excellent customer experience
• Leading, training, and motivating team members
• Passionate about speciality coffee products and a thirst for knowledge
• Preparing barista made coffees and manage the Cafe area
• Opening and closing procedures, manage stock control and inventory, staffing and wage costs (prepare rosters, assign specific duties)
• Operating POS systems, ordering platforms, and Microsoft Office

THE PERSON

• Experience in a similar role setting minimum 2 year experience 
• A passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
• A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
• Encourage a supportive, positive, and fun workplace for all employees
• Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
• Relevant hospitality qualifications desirable or equivalent industry experience

*As this is a full time role, Full time Australian Workings rights are mandatory
