The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the front of house team during service and will form part of our large kitchen team in Parramatta.
Key duties
Manage and supervise a team
Ensure a continuous, high level of customer service is maintained at all times during service periods
Organising kitchen staff to achieve high quality output in volume
Implementing and observing relevant safety & hygiene practices
The person:
Previous experience in a similar role (restaurant, function and food & beverage, catering managers encouraged to apply)
Solid leadership skills and experience in managing a small team
Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
