The Position

We are currently searching for a polished, well-spoken and immaculately presented Corporate Boardroom Supervisor to join our corporate hospitality team based in the heart of Sydney CBD. In a highly sort after role, you’ll be based in a prestigious private financial institution, therefore your commitment to providing first class service is paramount. You’ll also present with outstanding communication skills and customer service knowledge and will understand the delicate nature of working in a premium corporate environment.

Key Duties

• Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate boardrooms
• Oversee your team and lead from the from the front to demonstrate exceptional service standards
• Make espresso coffees and prepare other beverages
• Deliver food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
• Ensure that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion for all meetings
• Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
• Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility 

The Person

• Proven first class food and beverage experience – corporate waiter, first class lounge or high-end hotel background desired
• Experience from working in restaurants, conferencing or events environments
• Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
• Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
