Here's a great opportunity for a passionate foodie to come and join our team as a Full Time Chef at Pymble Ladies' College. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure the food offered is delivered to an exceptional standard. This opportunity is on a Full Time basis, working predominately Monday to Friday.

Key Duties
- Produce incredibly delicious culinary
- Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
- Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation and stock control.
- Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times
The Person
- 2+ years experience as a Chef in a high volume environment
- Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
- Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
- Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
