The Position
Plan, coordinate and monitor functions and events across the campus ensuring seamless function delivery
Maintain effective customer and client relationships
Preparing function sheets for the kitchen and assist with quoting for the clients.
Support and lead the Front of House team with day to day operations
Maintain focus on Food and People safety
Second to the Functions Manager in the planning, facilitating and overseeing the logistics- from first contact and setup to function execution and breakdown
The Person
Current or previous experience in function coordination / F&B supervisory or similar
You are passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
Attention to detail , the ability to multi-task
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by event schedules
** A current Working With Children Check and RSA or ability to obtain is a requirement of this role
