The Role!

We are seeking someone who has an eye for detail, the elegant, the glamorous and the quirky and enjoys leading a team! At the National Gallery of Victoria, we are at the forefront of all thing’s events and functions - Corporate, High-profile, Discreet, Celebrity as well as the famous NGV Gala. Key Duties:

• Assisting management to place team members into sections
• Co-handling rosters for upcoming events and functions
• Adhering to run sheets and liaising with kitchen
• Supporting and training new team members
• Provide hands on food and beverage service

About You!

• Previous exposure to large-scale events and functions
• Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment
• Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality
• Available across a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
