We have an opportunity for a current employee to take the next step in their career to move into a senior leadership role overseeing a key client site in our ESS portfolio.
This new role of General Manager – Olympic Dam will oversee and execute the retention and growth strategy for the Olympic Dam contract with BHP for the Compass Group Australia (CGA) business. This particular contract is critical in the overall client strategy with BHP. Olympic Dam provides services for the full range of food services, security, facilities management and a range of other support services to BHP.
Key strategic priorities
The General Manager - Olympic Dam is accountable for leading the Olympic Dam team and driving the desired Compass culture for the purpose of successfully managing the BHP relationship. Being the first point of contact for the client, this role will leverage critical colleagues within Compass to ensure the smooth operations of this contract.
This role is responsible for enhancing the accountability, safety and overall performance in the following 3 strategic areas: Planning & Scheduling responsibilities, Key MAP2 (Consumer Sales & Marketing) activities and People & Safety responsibilities.
