We’re looking for our class of 2022 Graduates!

Can you see yourself as a Future Leader with Compass Group in our ESS Sector. If so, you may ask yourself, what does that look like?

After successfully completing our Graduate Program, you'll step into a leadership role, whether it’s heading up a department or managing your own site you’ll be working on behalf of our clients in remote mining camps and villages. 

Throughout the program you will:

  • Learn in a practical, hands-on and flexible work environment
  • Complete department rotations, including the opportunity to take on leadership roles throughout the program
  • Attend Office placements – working with a range of Business Support Units
  • Produce and present a Business Case to the senior leadership team in the final quarter of the program identifying opportunities that link to the organisations strategy
  • Be guaranteed a position at the end of successful completion of the program

To be part of our FIFO (Fly in/Fly Out from Perth) Graduate Program, we'd expect a successful candidate to look like this:

  • In your final year of study at university or graduated within the past two years with a Bachelor's Degree. Our previous Graduates have majored in: Business, Commerce, Finance, Tourism/Hospitality & Hotel Management
  • Have the ability and confidence to communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Be adaptable, resilient and have a “glass half full” approach to life
  • You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights
  • If successful in securing a place in our #Classof2022, you will receive a formal offer of employment and you must be available to attend our Induction Training in January/February 2022
