THE POSITION
Assist and oversee food production and menu-based catering
Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)
Lead, mentor and create a positive work culture
Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum
Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
Experience with full P&L Management and Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
Ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
