- Mainly Monday to Friday, some nights and weekends required

We’re launching an exciting new Eurest site in Brisbane and are looking for a dynamic, flavour-driven Head Chef to lead a central production kitchen servicing four unique outlets – two vibrant cafés, a fresh-forward salad bar, and a bold Italian concept.
This isn’t just another Head Chef role. This is your chance to build, shape, and influence a multi-outlet food destination from the ground up.
THE POSITION
- Design and deliver standout menus across multiple outlets
- Lead end-to-end food production and catering operations
- Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing team culture
- Drive consistency, quality and innovation at volume
- Take ownership of P&L, stock, and operational performance
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint
THE PERSON
- You’re not just a chef—you’re a leader, creator, and motivator
- Proven Head Chef / Senior Kitchen leadership experience
- Strong high street / retail food background
- Confident with flavours, trends, and menu innovation
- Calm, composed and collaborative under pressure
- Commercially savvy with P&L awareness
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery + Food Safety Supervisor
