Thanks to the growth of our Defence business in Australia, we are currently recruiting for a Head Chef at HMAS Harman.
Employed to manage the kitchen operations in a safe and efficient manner supporting and promoting Our Safety Culture framework. To prepare, cook and serve good quality food for customers, residents or clients in conjunction with the contractual requirements of the unit. Must ensure that all tasks associated with food production are performed with due regard for all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
