We are currently searching for a Head Chef to join our amazing Culinary team based in Melbourne. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a busy fast paced kitchen and will bring a fresh and innovative approach to our team. The successful applicant will work on a full time roster Monday to Friday with other work available as required (functions and events).
The Head Chef will manage the kitchen operations in a safe and efficient manner supporting and promoting Our Safety Culture framework. To prepare, cook and serve good quality food for clients in conjunction with the contractual requirements of the Unit. Must ensure that all tasks associated with food production are performed with due regard for all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
