We can take care of everything from your tea room to the boardroom, as well as creating customised workplace eateries you can call your own. We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centres and manufacturing facilities. 

We currently have a vacancy for a Head Chef  to join one of our team located in North Ryde.

Working closely with your kitchen colleagues in corporate catering, you'll play a pivotal role in providing an innovative, varied & delicious menu. We're a busy site, offering a variety of food options for our client’s site. Use your experience and skills to drive event / function sales. Incorporate your menus and be the face of our operation with corporate and global clients.

Key Duties:

  • Liaise with/oversee function attendants at events.
  • Drive the team to understand the importance of client and/or customer focus, and deliver end-user satisfaction
  • Effectively manage the cost of goods and/or food within the workplace
  • Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace
  • Observation of and implementation of allergy awareness controls.
  • Responsible for the management, development, and training of all team members
  • To be responsible for providing great quality services to meet client expectations.

The Person:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Drivers licence.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Menu planning.
  • Good understanding of food safety practices & protocols.
  • Allergen training.
  • Ability to engage the customers and wow them with flair at corporate events
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional manner
