We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Head Chef to join our team at our remote village in the Cooper Basin in South Australia. This position requires proven catering management experience within a high-volume environment. As Head Chef you will be required to directly manage the catering team, monitor, and maintain quality / HACCP, ordering and ensure we deliver high quality catering and support services to our client. Your passion for exceptional customer service, genuine commitment to safety and strong people management skills are essential for you to succeed in this role.
This position will manage a team of dedicated Chefs working on a 14 day on 7 day off roster across 10 hours a day.
