THE POSITION
Lead concierge operations to deliver outstanding service for all guests and visitors
Manage visitor registration, pass issuance, and building access accordingly with existing security policies and procedures, proactively act in a manner that supports a healthy and safe work environment
Liaise with stakeholders to always maintain a premium front-of-house environment and immaculate presentation of the reception.
Support the Guest Experience Manager with reporting, compliance, and training delivery
Act as a key contact for all guest-related enquiries
Develop and maintain excellent relationship with client on site, respond to client feedback professionally and action service improvements where needed
THE PERSON
Proven experience in a leadership capacity within corporate concierge, hotel reception, or guest services environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Holds or is willing to obtain a National Police Check
* As an Australian National Police Check is required for this role the successful applicant will need to hold Full time Australian working rights*
