Salary: $92,529 plus super
Roster: 8:6 (Fly-In Fly-Out from Adelaide) or DIDO (local from Roxby Downs, SA) 
Location: New site in South Australia

The Opportunity

We are currently accepting Expressions of Interest for FIFO Tastelife Coordinator role at a new South Australian site.

These roles are ideal for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate health, fitness, and lifestyle professionals who thrive in a FIFO environment. You will play a key role in delivering our holistic Tastelife program, ensuring residents enjoy a positive, healthy, and engaging lifestyle while on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support company-wide health, lifestyle, and wellbeing initiatives

• Coordinate and promote lifestyle and wellbeing events within the village

• Monitor and maintain sporting, leisure, and recreational facilities

• Conduct health assessments and gym inductions for residents

• Deliver fitness and group exercise classes

• Facilitate educational seminars for residents and ESS staff

• Maintain clear communication, reporting, and compliance processes

About You

• Proactive, well-organised, and able to work independently

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Passion for physical and mental health, fitness, and wellbeing

• High focus on customer service and resident engagement

• Administrative capability

• Certificate IV in Fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a fitness facility or similar role

• Current Australian manual driver’s license
