Shifts across 24/7 service roster including night shifts
THE POSITION
Work from the office in Newcastle
You will be required to communicate with different stakeholders in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Ensure communication links to internal and external service providers/contractors are maintained at all times and that requests for services are dispatched immediately.
Capture details relating to complaints and feedback, building defects & damage and security activities.
Take accurate messages, repeat back to caller and dispatch, and allocate jobs within allocated time frames.
THE PERSON
Commute to the office in Newcastle
Experience in a high-volume contact centre/call centre environment.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Flexible to work across a rotating roster.
