THE PERSON
Experience in a high-volume contact centre/call centre environment.
Excellent communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, including the ability to liaise with all levels of the business.
Highly developed computer skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written communication skills.
Proven experience working in tight reporting deadlines and busy workloads.
