The Position

We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team in Ryde. You will ensure all tasks are completed in conjunction with the contractual requirements. You will be required to communicate with different stakeholders in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Duties

  • Ensure communication links to internal and external service providers/contractors are maintained at all times and that requests for services are dispatched immediately 
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Capture details relating to complaints and feedback, building defects & damage and security activities 
  • Take accurate messages, repeat back to caller and dispatch within allocated time frames 
  • Capture details relating to complaints and/or feedback 
  • Delivering great customer service

The Person

  • At least 12 months experience in a Reception or Call Centre is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, including the ability to liaise with all levels of the business 
  • Highly developed computer skills including use of Microsoft office suite 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to build rapport with customers 

In line with required legislation, the successful person will have or willingness to obtain a valid police check & current influenza shot.
