The Position
During a period of growth, we are seeking a motivated, experienced, and driven National Safety Leader of Projects with proven experience in Safety, Facilities Management, and High-Risk work, to join our national project team. Working as a key member of the project delivery team you will support, mentor, and engage with team members and project stakeholders to provide positive safety outcomes across our Fatal Risk Program.
The role is hands on and requires someone with the ability to quickly build relationships with various stakeholders and work across a highly diverse business to achieve success. Proficiency in building frameworks including supporting tools and materials in the application of high-risk work while ensuring compliance to regulation is essential in the success of the programme of work this role will lead. Experience working in a construction, trade, facilities or heavy industry/manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
