We have a series of fascinating events on the horizon at  including Friday Night Drinks, our Floriade High Tea, wine pairing dinners and much, much more! Our cosy Courtyard Café will be transforming with a whole new menu and a new restaurant. We are now on the lookout for Hospitality Superstars to come and join the ride with us at a very exciting time!

The Role:

• Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills
• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers
• Take a hands-on approach to meet with guests and trouble shoot any queries
• Work co-cooperatively with operations and kitchen teams in facilitating functions and events

The Person:

• An experienced Food & Beverage professional who is agile and able to ‘think on their feet’
• Hold an RSA 
• Passionate about fantastic service standards
• Loves great food and wine (who doesn’t?)
• Comfortable in a fast and busy environment
• You are highly polished and can thrive within a corporate environment
