Hospitality Allrounders
ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
The Positions
Housekeepers & Kitchenhands
- Various rosters - 9 days on and 5 days off or 14 days on 7 days off, working 10 hr days
- Drive in/Drive out from Blackwater and Coppabella regions
- Work as key members in our remote kitchen and housekeeping teams
- Duties include cleaning, laundry, housekeeping, assisting with food preparation, dishwashing and more
- Modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respect
The Person
- Must have housekeeping/cleaning/kitchen hand and/or hospitality experience
- Driver's license and own reliable transport manatory
- Must reside 4-5 hours from Blackwater/Coppabella regions
- Be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
- Time savvy and ability to meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to be on their feet for up to 10 hours per day
