The Position

Working Monday to Friday, this autonomous role comes with an abundance of learning and development opportunities while coordinating all facets of a corporate hospitality setting.

Key Duties

• Operate fluidly across Reception, Switchboard, Mailroom and Boardroom responsibilities
• Administration support across department operations
• Corporate mail distribution & consignment
• In-house event preparation & execution

The Person

• Proven food and beverage experience in a premium environment – corporate waiter, first class lounge or high-end hotel/ cafe/restaurant background desired
• Intermediate computer literacy across M-Suites, especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Previous Administrative/Event coordination experience preferred
• Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a diverse and dynamic team
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
