We are looking for multiple Supervisors to join our teams across Brisbane and the Gold Coast - our current opportunities are for F&B Supervisors and Event/Function Supervisors. Some of these roles are Monday to Friday positions!

  • The roles of Functions and Events Supervisors will need current experience around creating amazing function experiences and running a tight commercial operation. These are hands on roles, where you will be passionate and thoroughly enjoy the challenges of executing outstanding events ranging from cocktail functions and sit down dinners to large event functions. Some of your tasks will see you support the Operations Manager in the execution of these functions / events, establish the operational procedures required to see successful events being delivered, coordinate all internal and external functions suppliers and maintain rapport to ensure goods and services are delivered and maintained to a high standard and bump in and bump out of a variety of functions
  • The roles of F&B Supervisors will require current supervisory experience within a strong customer service focused role, rostering, proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have an extensive knowledge of food as well as Barista skills, 

The Person

  • Minimum 3 years years experience in hospitality with previous Retail Management, F&B, Function and Events experience
  • Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced functions and fine dining environment
  • The role is hands on, and will require someone with a good level of physical fitness
  • Is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Will have great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • To be a positive, supportive and ambitious leader
  • Can develop effective relationships with individuals at all levels, from diverse backgrounds, cultures and locations
  • Is self-motivated and an excellent communicator
  • RSA certified
