The Person:

Food & Beverage Attendant

• Build your hospitality skills while contributing to food and beverage service.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure cleanliness of service and prep areas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to members of the Defence Force.
• Uphold company policies and adhere to food safety standard

Kitchen Hand

• Assist with basic food preparation including vegetables and salads.
• Maintain kitchen, storage and service areas and equipment with a strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Uphold company policies and adhere to food safety standard

Driver

• Drive food service vehicles around site to deliver meals, supplies, and equipment in a safe and timely manner.
• Load and unload food carts, containers, and deliveries in line with manual handling guidelines.
• Maintain stores, including stock rotation, storage organisation, and temperature control.
