We are seeking an experience and motivated housekeeping team lead to join our team at a site located near the Brisbane Airport. This is a full time, fixed term position for 6 months, offering consistent weekday hours and competitive hourly pay.

• Housekeeping Team Lead- Monday - Friday 7am-3pm $32.50 per hour
• Position is Full Time - Fixed Term 6 months
• Located near Brisbane Airport
• Must be an Australian Citizen

The Position:

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff on site
• Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow
• Ensure cleaning standards and compliance requirements are met
• Conduct quality checks and address issues promptly
• Provide training, guidance and performance support to team members
• Liaise with management and report on daily operations

 The Person:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision/ leadership
• Strong communication skills and team leadership skills
• Reliable, organised, and details oriented
• Able to work independently and lead by example
• Comfortable working in a secure, high compliance environment
• Must be an Australian Citizen (mandatory)
• Police Clearance and other site clearances are required
