The Position

Manage the day to day operations of the housekeeping services including leadership of staff and developing rosters for delivery of scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements. Your hands-on approach to managing the business will ensure your success, as will your willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results.

• Manage inspections and compliance by undertaking audits and Job Safety Analysis
• Operate a Computerised Management System for all work tasks and utilise email and other technology
• Deliver to a high expectation of a premium experience
• Lead, train, supervise and motivate a large team of utilities and housekeepers
• Maintain up to date cleaning processes and procedures and assist in review of process and procedures
• Assist management to maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture

The Person

• Solid experience as a Housekeeping is a must
• Team Leading experience would be desirable 
• Valid Full C Class driving licence
• A natural leader with a unique approach to education, training and development
• The ability to foster close and positive working relationships with staff, key clients and customers is essential as are sound verbal and written communication skills
