We are currently recruiting a HR Advisor to be based in our McMahons Point Office. This role will be a fixed term contract of 5 months. Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager you will:

  • Assist with system administration and provide support to managers/employees throughout the annual performance cycle
  • Assist managers with the creation of robust, performance focused position descriptions and the delivery of the annual performance review, remuneration and incentive process
  • Manage the creation of new contracts in collaboration with the Manager, Performance, Remuneration & Reward
  • Support and advise managers and employees on visa and visa sponsorship, employee benefits and novated leases enquiries
  • Adhere to governance process for remuneration determination and role creations, ensuring relevant approvals are accurate and in place

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Experience in Remuneration and Benefits ideally within a service, retail or similar industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary remuneration and benefits practices
  • Strong administration, problem solving and customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of reporting and analytics
  • Knowledge/experience with Page Up Performance or other performance development tool
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodology including job grading
  • Knowledge of Hay or Mercer job evaluation process (desirable)
