The Role

We are currently recruiting a HR Systems Coordinator to support our growing business. Reporting to the Workforce Systems Manager you will have a focus on improving, streamlining and automating part of the end to end HR processes and systems by:

  • Working with stakeholders to define and road map business requirements for the implementation of new systems
  • Documenting process flows, performing data analysis and designing solutions to implement more efficient processes
  • Using the information gathered to build effective user stories, suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensuring alignment of proposed solutions with the wider HR and workforce systems strategy
  • Monitoring, tracking and implementing identified and recommended system solutions
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions and projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Providing overall project communication, regular project status updates, and completion reports to the business
  • Acting as the SME for Workforce Systems and integrations.
  • Implementing enhancements to current systems including payroll, rostering and recruitment
  • Delivering training and designing support materials for system enhancements and upgrades
  • Driving change and communications activities
  • Support test, go-live and post go-live activities

 The Person

  • Tertiary qualified in information systems, project management, human resources or have demonstrated equivalent work experience
  • Proven change and communication experience within a complex, dynamic and fast paced organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate business requirements against technology solutions to drive positive outcomes
  • Experience in successfully driving and delivering enterprise-wide business process improvements
  • Excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills with advanced Microsoft excel, visio and word experience
  • Hands on Workforce systems enhancement experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong facilitation capabilities
