In a period of business transformation, we are seeking applications for a Junior Solution Architect to work in conjunction with the Head of Business Systems to produce solution options that are business aligned, fit for purpose and offer value. You will be mentored and developed to navigate a complex enterprise environment coupled with digital transformation programs. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working on digital transformation programmes as a Junior Solution Architect or as an Application Architect ready to take that next step. Experience in AWS /Azure products Including Identity Management will be desirable.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of Business Systems you will have full support in:

• Creating and maintaining enterprise to enterprise architectural solutions covering application, data and integration
• Providing consultancy to business stakeholders to understand their ideas, organise them and playback solutions and costs
• Ensuring solutions are compliant with security and technology standards
• Contributing to the development of architectural methods, processes, standards
• Acting as a systems liaison when necessary and troubleshoots/resolves system issues that may arise
• Working with team members to evaluate the solution options and decide the best way to turn the high-level business requirements into a business solution.
• Ensuring alignment between customer expectations and D&T capability.  

A bit about you:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Some development exposure
• Experience with cloud-based technologies
• Knowledge of SSO and SQL server bases
• Knowledge of online technologies and frameworks
• Proven problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
