THE POSITION:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of all contractual requirements and KPI's.
• Financial Oversight: Lead services to achieve financial targets through rigorous reporting, forecasting and constant team training.
• People Management: Inspire your team with timely feedback and foster a high-performance culture that drives the account forward.
• Lead a high performing team across service excellence.
• Business Operations: Develop and implement strategies, assess performance, and align resources with our overall goals.
• Industry Insight: Monitor trends and provide support during significant organisational changes

THE PERSON:

• Safety and compliance driven with a commitment of achieving zero harm culture.
• Proven track record in high-end hospitality delivery, managing bar and catering teams in-house or via contractors in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communicator comfortable with building and maintaining relationships on many different levels, with internal and external stakeholders.
• You must have a “can-do attitude”, and whilst you may be an excellent communicator, you must be a bigger “doer” that achieves results.
• Strong analytical skills, successfully managing budgets, prioritising spend, driving profit, and identifying cost efficiencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites and LAMS systems.
• Ability to create a results-driven culture with strong team spirit, fostering innovation, independent decision-making, and anticipating factors for long-term benefit.
• Knowledgeable in risk assessment and food hygiene (level 3 preferred), RMLV Approved Manager.

 You will be required to take a flexible approach to your working hours. Our Lounges are open 7 day a week.
