This part time role will see you working across all sections of the kitchen. As a kitchen all-rounder you will preferably have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial kitchen environment, a background in cooking / cold larder with an interest in gaining further knowledge around specialised dietary requirements. Working on a 2-week rotational hospital menu and reporting to the Culinary Manager, you will work across a variety of kitchen positions as well as leading a team of kitchen staff when required. The position will require availability on a rotating roster across 7 days.

In line with the required Legislation, preference will be given to candidates that can provide a current Police Check, as well as evidence of Vaccine Preventable Diseases (Hepatitis B immunity - Measles, mumps, rubella - Chicken pox - Whooping cough - Tuberculosis Assessment) You must also be vaccinated against COVID 19.
