THE POSITION

• Assist in preparing, serving, and presenting fresh, delicious meals with care
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Support kitchen operations including cleaning, restocking, and service setup
• Operate the till and process transactions (where applicable)
• Maintain high hygiene standards and follow Compass Group food safety practices
• Work collaboratively with chefs, catering teams, and site managers to ensure smooth operations 

THE PERSON

• A reliable, customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality
• Minimum one year of kitchen or catering experience preferred
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in busy environments
• Holds or can obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
• A strong team player who takes pride in their work and presentation
