• We have 3 shifts a week available from Wednesday to Saturday
• Shifts rotating between 12pm to 8am or 2pm to 10pm

The Position

• Support food preparation by assisting chefs with basic prep, portioning and plating
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness through thorough washing up, equipment cleaning and end‑of‑shift reset
• Uphold hygiene standards by following strict food safety and airport compliance procedures
• Manage stock rotation and restocking independently to ensure freshness and accuracy
• Handle waste disposal responsibly, including sorting, compacting and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Assist with deliveries by checking, unpacking and organising incoming stock
• Prepare service areas by replenishing buffet items and ensuring presentation standards are met
• Support lounge operations by responding quickly to chef requests during peak flight times
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure, compliant airport kitchen environment
