The Position
Ensure standard of cleanliness meets the standards set by the head chef
Manage workstation and deliver a high standard of hygiene
Maintain knowledge and understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
Respond to requests promptly and efficiently
Maintain high standards of hygiene
Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
Provide above and beyond service and display attitude of care towards your clients and colleagues
The Person
