Supervisor – Labour Scheduling | Full Time | Perth
Based in our Perth Support Centre (located in Northbridge) you will be responsible for leading our Labour Scheduling team.
Reporting to the National Manager - Central Hub, the role of Supervisor – Labour Scheduling will see you lead the day to day operations of the Hub Labour Team. Your role will see you work in collaboration with the operational site management teams & casual workforce to ensure staffing requirements for site are met. This role requires a pro-active approach to customer service delivery and is responsible for the team meeting the business labour demands with proficient utilisation of the casual remote relief pool and contractor agency engagement.
