The Training Coordinator role is critical to the success of our Training and Development offer and you will manage program enrolments, coordinate facilitator and coach calendars and provide administration support to our online learning platform.

The Role:

Reporting to the National Manager-Learning & Development, you will be accountable for:

  • Coordinating enrolments, managing cancelations etc
  • Coordinating ‘roving coaches’ and facilitators to ensure coverage for all programs
  • Booking rooms, coordinating travel and/or refreshments
  • Tracking completion of onboarding & development courses and providing regular reporting to key stakeholders
  • Managing day to day administration related to the online learning platform
  • Supporting managers with day to day Training Matrix service requests
  • Assigning and co-ordinating online assessments
  • Project work

The Person:

This is a really great role for someone who’s super organised, can juggle multiple balls at once, thrives on a busy, and at times ever changing, work environment but can maintain a smile on your face and a “glass half full” approach!

A bit about you:

  • High levels of organisational skills, including great attention to detail
  • Good all-round skills with MS Office including excel
  • Ability and confidence to communicate across all levels of the organisation
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a services industry would be handy, but not essential
  • Prior experience working in a training & development team or role would be an advantage
  • A sense of humour is a must!
