The Delta FM Perth Office team are looking for an experience Maintenance Administrator to join our established Facilities Maintenance team. This is a Full Time Permanent role working 8am to 4pm, or 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Work from home flexibility is available & a work laptop will be provided. The ideal applicant will be ready to commence the role in January 2025.

$80,000 Gross Per Year including Superannuation

THE POSITION

  • Reporting to the Compliance Officer for Delta FM National portfolio
  • Manage the scheduling of planned/unplanned shutdowns, Mobilisations and BAU requirements for all sites
  • Provide input into the development, implementation and update of site based casual pools
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships
  • Day to day liaison with operational managers and site managers for all casual staffing requirements
  • Manage requests for additional services effectively
  • Manage Agency requests, casual pools and PAR levels
  • Roster Management - Develop and maintain rosters that meet operational requirements while ensuring that at a minimum 95% of internal staff at site are rostered 8 weeks in advance of current day
  • Checking of fortnightly payroll to ensure all hours have been captured correctly
  • Compiling of Monthly reports to send out to Clients
  • Compiling of Reports for upper management

THE PERSON

  • Full Working Rights in Australia & Current Australian Photo ID
  • National Police Clearance within 12 months
  • Previous experience in a Scheduling position or similar
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to use effective leadership and communication styles to motivate and retain staff
  • High levels of attention to detail and possess a pro-active approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced and be adaptable
  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills including Outlook, Teams, Excel
  • Previous experience in payroll systems (MYOB)
