Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to take us into our next growth phase, as we mobilise our Anglo American villages in the Middlemount, Moranbah and Moura regions.
This is a rare opportunity to support our Delta FM teams, providing top tier maintenance planning and scheduling services to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a Monday-Friday roster, working 8 hour days. This role will see you work out of our Cannon Hill Head Office, and may be a hybrid role for the right candidate.
The Position
Provide and manage scheduling of planned maintenance for all sites
Develop and maintain site-based asset plans
Prepare and submit maintenance plans and forecasts, offering solutions to competing schedule demands
Submit monthly works plans per site to client representatives
Ensure all site plans, operations,maintenance manuals and asset registers are maintained
Provide input into the development, implementation and update of site based plans
Liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders
Act as a point of contact for day-to-day technical advice on maintenance services
Provide client-based reports, contingency and asset risk mitigation plans as required
Perform system audits as requested
Prepare and deliver induction and refresher training as required
Identify potential improvement opportunities and develop and implement processes to improve the long-term maintenance planning and scheduling
Previous experience working in Facilities Maintenance or trades background (essential)
Prior experience in asset management
Competent in Microsoft Office suite (essential)
Previous experience using QFM, Pronto or similar systems (desirable)
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong analytical approach to problem solving
Flexible approach and attitude with ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
