The Position

We are currently looking for an experienced and trade qualified Site Supervisor to join our Delta FM team across our remote villages in the Surat and Cooper Basin. We have 5 years remaining on our tenure with the Client with the possibility of extension. You will join our small but committed Delta FM team who work on the remote accommodation sites. This is a FIFO position from Brisbane or Adelaide operating on a 2:1 roster working 12-hour days.

Key duties

• Manage the day to day operations of the facility maintenance services including supervising of tradespersons
• Maintaining exceptional relationships with our client and local community
• Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture

The Person

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Minimum Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing or HVAC
• Previous experience in site management positions preferably within the resources, services, or facilities management sector
• Construction White card (essential)
• Manual Drivers licence (essential)
• National Police Clearance, dated within 12 months
• Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing business needs
