In this role as Manager – Work Health, you will report to the National Manager – Work Health, and work more broadly as part of the Compass Care team. We are a team of highly motivated, performance-driven Allied Health and Workers Compensation professionals. Your role will be to support multiple business sectors (Offshore and Remote; Aged Care; Business and Industry; Venues & Events; Education; Hospitals; Defence; Facilities Management; and Security) in the areas of Injury Management and Pre-Employment Screening services, while assisting the National Manager – Work Health, in streamlining systems and processes, and leading a team of work health advisors to meet their objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for you to utilise your leadership and coaching skills, working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is a full time permanent role, based in Sydney.
