We are currently recruiting mine site cleaners to work at BHP mining site in Olympic Dam, 550 kms northwest of Adelaide.
Casual position and Fly in Fly out (FIFO) basis from Adelaide.
Our mine site cleaners are responsible for cleaning facilities, including bathrooms, waste removal, basic grounds keeping and more. It is a physically demanding job that requires you to use a range of cleaning machines & equipment, so you will require a good level of fitness.
NOTE – due to the current climate, we will not be hosting face to face interviews. Successful candidates will be asked to complete an online video interview.
Key duties
- Cleaning the site crib rooms, office cleaning and general site cleaning
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Waste removal
- Maintain positive relationships with the client
- Assist management to maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture
We are looking for great people with the following attributes:
- Cleaning experience, with a background in Mine Site, Industrial or Commercial cleaning (preferable)
- A good level of fitness due the physically demanding and high paced environment
- Ability to work in remote locations on a flexible roster
- Valid Full driving licence
- Current National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 12 months)
