This key role in our business will see you working in close partnership with our client to provide operational leadership on a national level.  You will be delivering sustainable results by exceeding customer and client expectations. This role will encompass operational and commercial management, organic growth development and strategic alignment for this large contract within the Senior Living sector. A high competency using all FM management and support products are an essential requirement of this role.

The successful candidate can be based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, with flexible WFH options available as quarterly interstate travel will be required with direct reports based across several states. 

Key Duties:

  • Ensure seamless delivery of all SOP's on a national basis
  • Develop and maintain a contract strategy to deliver and maintain excellence in facilities management 
  • Manage facilities maintenance and systems support
  • Ensure operation budgets and KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Understand and develop FM platform suitable for client expectations and budget
  • Increase revenue and GP through organic growth
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Lead, mentor and develop an effective and productive  team
  • Establish, implement and ensure compliance through quality management

The Candidate:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role, with previous exposure or knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Qualifications in Business(desirable) PM or FM based
  • Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level
  • Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged and motivated teams
  • Demonstrated experience setting up and managing an Asset Lifecycle Management System to manage and capture condition and lifecycle cost and budget management
  • Tender/quote/bid preparation and submission capability
  • strong understanding of of the technical aspects of facilities management inc Enterprise and Maintenance and Asset Management and compliance systems 
  • National Police clearance, COVID vaccinations and current flu vaccination are mandatory requirements of this role
