As National Operations Manager for a specific sector of the business, you will be responsible for leading our Site Management teams across Australia to deliver "best in class" service on behalf of our clients. Our clients comprise domestic and national airlines and your teams will be based at various airports throughout the country.
This position will oversee the success of these sites on a national basis and understanding the nuances of this leadership role is critical to the success of the business; it is brilliant leadership that is well and truly at the epicentre of this role. The ability to lead and mentor your team, drive the culture of service and quality that underpins our brand values, deliver amazing service and create an environment in which customers are able to experience the entirety of the Compass Group experience is conducive to success in this position.
We are flexible on base location (eastern seaboard) for the right candidate: national travel will be required for this role
